"TL/DR— State Farm, as a company, is fine. But this location is unhelpful. Go to any location in Charleston. They were nice and informative. I called in to get a quote on RV/Motorhome insurance and was told they could not give me a quote or any information unless I wanted to bundle my auto insurance as well. I do not wish to do that as I am pleased with my fixed rate auto insurance with another company. I have been doing my due diligence by calling around and checking prices/getting quotes. The other companies (Progressive, Erie, Geico, etc..) gladly gave me the information I was looking for. The person that answered the phone at this State Farm location seemed very uninterested in helping and not particularly nice. As State Farm was still on the list to be called, I reached out to another location in Charleston and they were more than happy to help and I was able to set up a policy I was pleased with immediately and I did not have to bundle or change my current auto insurance. Don’t go to this location. Go to any Charleston location for State Farm insurance."
